Helen,
We had a great stay in Le Perrier last week, from start to finish everything went very smoothly. Easy booking and payment, great arrival instructions and perfect accommodation. Le Perrier was perfect for two, the garage with the washing machine was great for bike storage and although it didn’t really effect us if cyclists fly in the knowledge that they can wash their kit will mean they need to pack less.
Have already recommended More Than 21 Bends to several friends.

Hello Helen and Phil,
I travelled a long way to tick off a bunch of “bucket list” climbs, and you both made a huge contribution to making it a great trip. Thanks Phil for readjusting my handlebars and rear derailleur after they were damaged in transit. And thanks Helen for the lovely breakfasts, the friendly advice about things to do in the area and the excellent weather forecasts!
I stayed in the refurbished apartment across from 21 Bends and found it to be cosy and comfortable. Everything worked fine and the location couldn’t have been better. I found the kitchen to be really useful for making “one pot” meals and there was plenty of crockery.
As I mentioned during breakfast one morning, you two have done an incredible job at making More Than 21 Bends a great base for a cycling holiday. From the location in town to details such as the pump in the bike shed, everything worrks together to support an "eat, ride, sleep (repeat)” lifestyle. I will be recommending your business to others who visit the area.
with many thanks,
Adam

I absolutely loved staying in ′Le Perrier’ town house. Great location with so many beautiful cycling routes directly from the door. Also, easy access to groceries and although I made most of my meals in the apartment I did enjoy having good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby. The unit was a perfect base for cycling with the garage beneath the apartment for simple, safe storage. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings, including the cooking gear in the kitchen were perfect. Perfect scores all around and a fair price. I very much hope to visit again!

- location of la Perrier was perfect - hidden away just behind the main street with cafes and restaurants, a local supermarket and boulangerie within 2 minutes walk
- would highly recommend getting the local guide to routes in the Oisans valley, from the Prompt.cc shop - some brilliant, tough roads in stunning scenery avoiding the crowds on Alp D’huez
- clean and comfortable accommodation with good showers
- compact accommodation that reflects the price - but perfect as a base if you’re out all day
- easy to book and clear instructions to get keys and find accommodation
only minor things to consider:
- better pillows
- filter coffee machine or stove top machine rather than the terrible coffee from a tea bag machine!
thanks again! Andy

We had a great time staying in ′Le Perrier′. The house was perfect for us, even Monty the spaniel! Everyone was very friendly and helpful as before.
See you in the area of Bourg in 2 years time.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison Perrier 4.
C' est une jolie maison, décorée avec soin et très bien située
Tout était parfait.
C' est une accomodtion à recommander.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Le Perrier. The property makes an ideal base for exploring the area and the short walk into town for breakfast is ideal when the legs are sore from a day of climbing.
The house is compact, about right for two sharing or two couples, has room and all the utensils we required to prepare food and for four to eat in comfort.
My only suggestions for improvements, and these are only minor really, would be to connect up the washing machine in the garage (which would save wondering how many times I can recycle lycra cycling shorts) and to provide WiFi, though there are a few free places in town which provide that.
I would say it was close to perfect for our requirements and we would happily stay here again.

The house provided us with a perfect spot from which to tackle some of the famous surrounding Cols. It is in a quiet location but right in the heart of Bourg - everything is within walking distance.
The house was basic and comfortable - good showers. Some of the bare essentials for cooking would have been useful: no salt & pepper, no olive oil and no chopping board! It also advertises a washing machine on the website; this was disconnected.
Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends
