Property Overview
This lovely old building has been brought back to life with a full renovation to welcome guests in a contemporary and modern feel, mixed with the wood and brick of the old building. In the centre of Bourg d’Oisans, over three floors the house sleeps up to 10 guests over four bedrooms, one double, a quad, and two twin rooms.
You enter the house on the ground floor through the garage which is now a great bike store with racking for 11 bikes and storage for cycling kit, and equipped with basic tools and track pump. Steps lead up to the large open plan and fully fitted kitchen and dining area, with French windows opening on to the outdoor dining area with table and chairs and fantastic views over the garden to the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is equipped with everything you require to cater during your stay including oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is a toilet and stairs leading to the first floor.
On the first floor is the cosy living room with sofas and plenty of seating and access to stairs leading down to the deck and garden. Next to the living room is a large double bedroom with corner en-suite including bath, shower and sink. On this floor there is also a separate wc and a laundry/drying room with washing machine, drying rack and ironing board.
The second floor has a large quad bedroom with two single beds and a set of adult sized bunk beds, and a nice sized twin room which can also be used as a double. Also on this floor is a large bathroom with two showers, twin sinks and toilet.
The third floor has one large attic bedroom with three single beds.
The house has a large garden with outside furniture so you can enjoy the sunshine after your ride, and provides a lovely area for non-riding guests to relax and enjoy the mountain views.
The house is in the centre of the town set just off behind the main pedestrian road minutes from the shops, bars and restaurants. It is possible to rent this house with an adjoining apartment to increase the group size to 14 guests.

Thank you for facilitating our extended stay in Bourg d′Oisans with More Than 21 Bends.
It was the trip of a lifetime for our family of four, and we appreciate all of the extra time and effort you all went to in making it possible. By the end of our stay the children both referred to Bourg as their ′home′.
The coordination of our transitions between properties was seamless, and we enjoyed the variety of staying in the middle of town in the amazing Garden House with the peace and quiet of the lovely Petite Rive.
La Neat and Beau Rivage were also very convenient with more than enough room for all of us and our bikes!
All properties were spotless, well appointed, and the mountain views amazing.
Bourg was the perfect location for a range of bike rides that suited both us and our young children. Plenty of fun activities in and around the town and friendly, helpful locals wherever we went.
