La Bérarde (1780 metres)

La Bérarde and the small village of St Christophe en Oisans sits in the valley at the same height as the town of Alpe d'Huez and is surrounded by massive mountains such as the Meije.
Most of the climbing takes place between the ski village of
Venosc and St Christophe en Oisans. Once at St Christophe en Oisans
the road to La Bérarde is cut into the side of the mountain and is an
end to a stunning ride. La Bérarde marks the end of
the road and once you have had a coffee or a bite to eat its
time to turn around and enjoy the long descent back to Bourg
d'Oisans. |

Customer Comments - La Bérarde (1780 metres)

- A great introduction to riding in the region. This route has a bit of everything, switchbacks, steep climbs, great descents, nice little villages and fantastic views.
