The Col d'Izoard is another
Tour de France and Giro d'Italia classic having been used over 20 times since
the 1920s. It is the third highest climb on our tours rising
to 2361 metres. At the summit there is a small museum with a
memorial to the greats of the 1950's Fausto Coppi and Louision
Bobet. We climb the Col d'Izoard from both sides - but it
does depending on the tour that you are on. The climb from
the south is probably the more interesting as it takes you
through the famous casse desert landscape
The Alpe d'Huez and Mont Ventoux tour takes in the two legendary climbs of the Tour de France. Various options available from weekends to 2 week tours
